Ginger - Whole
Details:
Ginger is an Oriental spice that is believed to have originated between northern India and eastern Asia. This knobby root has smooth, brown skin with white flesh and is tangy and a bit spicy in flavor. Our crystallized (candied) version is cured in sugar; making it a great breath freshener as well as an add-on to desserts, confections, granola, and trail mixes.
Ginger has a wide variety of culinary uses including accentuating rice, adding to juice, sprinkling on desserts, and much more!
